Rental income tax — British Columbia
Income from renting real estate is reported with a statement of income and expenses; the CRA encourages Form T776.
Conditions: Other types of financial statements are also accepted

If you earn income by renting out real estate, you must file a statement showing that income and your expenses; the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) encourages using Form T776 for it.
